運動與不運動的人,隔一天看,沒有任何區別;隔一個月看,差異甚微;隔一年看,差距明顯,也似乎沒有實質區別;隔五年看的時候,就是身體和精神狀態上的巨大差別;等到十年之後再看,也許就是兩種不同的人生。
所以,人生就像走路,不得慢一步!
三毛說:「書讀多了,容顏自然改變,很多時候,自己可能以為許多看過的書籍都成為過眼煙雲,不復記憶,其實它們仍是潛在的氣質里、在談吐上、在胸襟的無涯,當然也可能顯露在生活和文字中。」
運動也一樣,你運動過的從來都不會欺騙你,你健康的身體、樂觀的精神、旺盛的精力,誰都可以感受到。所以,要麼讀書,要麼運動,身體和靈魂,必須有一個在路上。
懶惰是很奇怪的東西,它使你以為那是安逸,是休息,是福氣;但實際上它所給你的是無聊,是倦怠,是消沈;它剝奪你對前途的希望,割斷你和別人之間的友情,使你心胸日漸狹窄,對人生也越來越懷疑。
時光很奇特,它給了你閱歷、經驗、福氣,同時也給了你衰老、皺紋和消沈;它剝奪你對青春的渴望,拉深了你和照片之間的鴻溝。你開始明白,你的容顏終究會敗給時間。
請不要說:等我有時間了,就能運動了;等我賺夠錢了,就能孝敬父母了;等我有空了,就能陪你了;等我發達了,就能行善了。
因為,等到我們有錢了,健康已經沒了;等到我們賺夠錢了,父母已經等不及了;等到我們真正有空了,愛人已經離開了;等到我們發達了,心態已經變了。健身、孝老、陪伴、行善,任何時候都可以,不必等!
運動重在自強不息,速度和距離只是表面,更重要的是鍛鍊人的意志力、自制力、承受力、自信心,表達一種堅韌不拔的人生態度。走路,是你一生的朋友,也是你一輩子的財富!
最後請記住:清醒時做事,糊塗時運動,大怒時休息,獨處時思考,時間會在你身上刻畫出努力的痕跡。
#要麼讀書,要麼運動,身體和靈魂,必須有一個在路上。

不过可以尝试这些,也许会帮助到

1、和喜愛的人住在一起
2、寫下你要感激的事情
3、養成吃早餐的習慣
4、原諒別人
5、在需要時盡情難過或生氣
6、拋下消極悲觀的想法
7、呼吸新鮮空氣
8、盡可能遠離社群軟體
9、聆聽喜愛的音樂
10、保持運動習慣
11、做伸展、瑜珈
12、學習什麼是重要的
13、維持足夠的睡眠
14、對某人好
15、對自己好


1、每天都做一件積極有意義的事
2、仔細回想這件事情,把它記錄下來,分享給他人
3、每天都寫感恩日記
4、列出自己的優點,並寫下你如何運用這個優點
5、設定一個想要完成的目標,每天更新自己的進度
6、找出一件帶給你壓力的事情,並用積極正面的態度來評估可行性
7、堅持每天要行善舉,無論再小都有意義
8、學習保持正面思考,放眼當下,過去的就讓它過去

体态更好看一点?

哦!不说这些“理想”化的言辞
也许换一个方式想一想

你喜欢你现在的样子吗?

你喜欢穿那些看起来很好看的衣服吗?
你想不想看到瘦了好看的自己?

什么理由都可以

如果想要改变
那么就要付出努力

如果你想,真的想,那么接下来就是要开始付出努力
要开始改变的第一步


不过,若你觉得现在的自己很好
胖得很好看
走路几步就开始喘也没有关系
衣服都要买超大号
拍照现在都是最上镜的时刻
那么请你继续的美食人生吧!

是的,大家都知道多喝水很重要,有很多的好处
不过若喝水不对的方式,就可能带来坏处

不对的方式反而伤身

  • -吃饱后喝水(影响消化)
  • -喝太快
  • -喝冷水
  • -喝太多水
  • -站着喝水 



=什么时候该喝水? 当你口渴的时候
=正餐前的40分钟,或1.5小时后
=喝多少? 2.5L to 3L
