7个运动的好理由

1. 减少体内的脂肪
2. 减少身体的一些痛楚
3. 增长肌肉
4. 保持年轻

7. 感觉良好

老实说,真正让我惊心的是当我体重飙高的时候,我的血压也开始飙高 150/90mmHg
而体重高峰期,我可以穿的裤子只有一件,其它的都太窄了或根本穿不下
身体总会有一些不知名的酸痛
尿酸超标而引起的急性痛风让我脚痛到都快不能走路,吃止痛药吃到我认真害怕伤肾
样子看起来笨重
对自己的感觉其实不好,不敢拍照

现在走在运动健身减脂的路上,其实感觉还蛮好的,
精神好了很多
体力也好了很多
痛风改善了
甚至可以穿回一些我以为穿不回的衣服,拍照依然看起来很胖啦!

  • Weak Heart Muscles pump little blood with lots of effort. By exercising you strengthen your heart muscles and train them to pump more blood with less effort. The stronger your heart is the less pressure will be exerted on your arteries.
  • Exercise Increases HDL levels in some people—this means a decrease in your risk for heart disease. Other heart disease risk factors such as weight, diabetes and high blood pressure all show improvement with regular exercise.
Reason #7: To Feel GreatThe first thing that clients tell me after starting an exercise program is how much better they feel. Most didn’t even realize how bad they felt. It is easy to get used to feeling sluggish, achy and unmotivated. Exercise boosts your energy levels and makes you feel amazing.

改变了饮食
每个星期,多做运动
晚上都睡比较多,少玩电脑游戏,要有足够的睡眠

昨天在Honey Badgers Center 做运动,向Ivan学如何做deadlift
感觉还真的做到快要dead了
今天肌肉还整天酸痛,够力

在孩子成長過程裡面,成人的教養方式需保有孩子的歸屬感(Belonging)與價值感(Signigicance),孩子才能逐漸養成正向人格。
造成孩子價值感與歸屬感低落,通常有以下原因。大家可以檢視一下在我們給予孩子的環境中,有沒有出現以下問題:
1. 大人常以打罵、責備、威脅、恐嚇的態度對待孩子
2. 過度控制的大人,孩子想做很多事情什麼都說「不可以」
3. 過度溺愛的大人,孩子什麼都由大人侍候,萬事大人代勞
4. 過度保護的大人,常禁止孩子做探索性行為,什麼都說危險
5. 過度情緒化的大人,讓孩子無所適從、恐懼、沒有安全感
6. 冷漠、太忙的大人,經常忽略孩子感受
7. 過度放縱、過度寵愛孩子的大人,只要孩子魯、生氣就無法維持環境該有的規範,常被孩子情緒勒索。
8. 過多的獎賞、讚美與處罰,讓孩子常期待得到外界的認同,而非獲得內在自我滿足與肯定
9. 環境中的秩序經常改變(東西常移動、常搬家、主要照顧著常換來換去、作息不固定),耗損孩子花費太多能量重新適應,亦會令孩子感到混亂、焦慮與不安
10. 常以討好的方式來取悅孩子的成人,無法創造平等、彼此尊重的連結
11. 常以「超理智」方式來跟孩子講道理、碎碎唸的成人,也容易讓孩子價值感與歸屬感低落
12. 經常有爭執、衝突、不和諧的家庭,常讓孩子心生恐懼與厭煩
